It's definitely safe to say I grew up with video games, but this is especially true in the most literal interpretation of the phrase. I literally did grow up WITH video games. I grew up in possession of video games. I grew up with video games keeping me company. But also, I grew up alongside video games. As video games evolved and matured as an art form, I grew and matured as well, until eventually becoming the controversial entity you see on TV every day.
